During my Easter vacation, I stayed at a hotel situated at a beautiful beach location. The food at the restaurant in front of the hotel was delicious and the breakfast was okay. the nearby waterpark was a fun place to visit.
The staff behavior was a complete letdown. When I had issues with the air-conditioning, the manager's unprofessional attitude left me feeling troubled.

The location of this beach hotel was decent, with ocean views and a nice restaurant nearby. the room and bathroom were clean and equipped with basic amenities. the breakfast was passable, but nothing extraordinary. the provided bottles of water were limited and frustrating for a family of four.
Sadly the staff at this hotel was incredibly unprofessional and argumentative. A situation with the air-conditioning resulted in the manager yelling and even frightening us.
